As you probably already know, Mei is currently and temporarily unavailable on Overwatch 2. Indeed, due to a problem with his Ice Wall ability, said character has been removed from the game since 1er November 2022. Nevertheless, we already know when Mei returns to Overwatch 2since we have a date.
Mei’s return date to Overwatch 2
According to the latest information shared by the development studio in charge of the title, Blizzard, Mei is expected to return to the playable character roster on November 15., via a new update. This patch should also bring some changes/rebalancing for some characters, namely D.Va, Genji, Zarya, Kiriko and Sombra.
Nevertheless, as indicated in a recent article, the date of deployment of this update could change, by then. Of course, if this is the case, we will not fail to keep you informed and we will let you know if this impacts the Mei’s return to Overwatch 2.

As a reminder, previously, the developers at Blizzard had removed Bastion from the title’s roster. However, said character returned to the game on October 25 and is therefore currently playable.
