(CercleFinance.com) – The Autorité des marchés financiers has been made the recipient of a shareholders’ agreement, constituting a concerted action, concerning the company OVH Groupe, concluded on May 6, 2022 and for a period of 25 years, by the companies Digital Scale, Deep Code, Bleu Source, Yellow Source, Innolys, Invest Bleu (the holdings), Mr. Octave Klaba, Mr. Miroslaw Klaba and Mr. Henryk Klaba (the founders) and Mrs. Halina Wachel, wife Klaba (together the parts).
The aforementioned concert currently holds 131,124,983 OVH Group shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 68.89% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
