Ozzy Osbourne is set to renew his vows to wife Sharon Osbourne after his “life-changing” surgery.

A few days ago, Ozzy Osbourne (73) reported to his Instagram followers after surviving an operation. Last Monday he underwent an operation that his wife Sharon Osbourne (69) previously said would “determine the rest of his life”. After the operation, the musician is said to be making plans again. As the British tabloid “Daily Mirror” reportsfriends of the Black Sabbath star are said to have revealed that he wants to renew his vows again – and on a special date.

On July 4, the US Independence Day, the couple celebrates their 40th wedding anniversary. In 1982, the two said yes on Maui. Accordingly, the 73-year-old also wants to have his marriage vows renewed at this location, explains an unspecified source. “They renewed their vows in Vegas but he’s now hoping they can fly to Maui to commemorate their big day.” He hopes for his speedy recovery. “Ozzy may have been through tough times in recent years, but his desire to show Sharon how much their love continues to burn is still there.”

In 2017, the couple renewed their vows at a private ceremony in Las Vegas. Ozzy Osbourne talked about the new beginning the magazine “Hello”: “It’s a new beginning. After the ceremony I felt completely refreshed. I know my wife loves me and she knows how much I love her. I’m excited to see what the future holds for us.”

Ozzy Osbourne thanked his fans

The musician reported after his operation on Instagram return. There he wrote: “I am now out of the hospital and at home and recovering well.” The Black Sabbath star added in the post, “I undoubtedly feel the love and support of all my fans and I send a big thank you to everyone for their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during my recovery.” In a story on behalf of her family, Sharon Osbourne thanked her “for the overwhelming amount of love and support leading up to Ozzy’s surgery.”

In early January 2020, the couple jointly announced that the former Black Sabbath singer had Parkinson’s disease. The musician only fell ill with Covid-19 in April. The couple have three children together: Aimee (38), Kelly (37) and Jack (36).
