(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Azets Topco Limited (‘Azets’), by PAI Partners and HgCapital.
PAI Partners is a private equity firm.
Hg is an investor in software and services companies, primarily active in Europe and the United States.
Azets, currently controlled by Hg, is a provider of accounting, tax, auditing, consulting, human resources and payroll assistance services in the European Economic Area.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given its very limited impact on the structure of the market.
