(Boursier.com) — Palantize down 15% before the stock market on Wall Street, below $10, while the group has just reduced its revenue expectations, due to uncertainty about the timing of government contracts. The American designer of data analysis software indicates that the size of the contracts and the government supply make them unpredictable. For the third fiscal quarter, Palantir now expects total revenue ranging from $474 million to $475 million, against a consensus of $507 million. Total annual revenue is expected to be between $1.9 billion and $1.902 billion, a growth of 23%, compared to “30% or more” previously expected. The consensus was $1.96 billion.

Over the quarter ended, Palantir announced an adjusted loss per share of one cent, due in particular to the SPAC investments. Revenue climbed 26% to $473 million. The group, co-founded by Peter Thiel in 2003 to support American operations against terrorism, still achieved US growth of 45% in the quarter ended at 290 million dollars. Loss from operations was $42 million, while adjusted profit from operations was $108 million (23% margin).
