Palworld, the Pokémon with guns, shows a new trailer

The Pocket Pair studio teams seem to have a lot of ideas in store. After launching Craftopia, an action game that already mixed many genres, they are at work on Palword, a mix between Pokemon and Harvest Moon, all with firearms. A funny mixture, which is just as wacky as it is intriguing. History to give news, the developers have just released new images.

A release in 2022

Announced and presented for the first time in June 2021, Palword we are pleased to release a new and second trailer. This gives us a vast overview of the open world that awaits us, with the possibility of using the creatures as mounts to move, in the air or on the ground or as companions for the clashes.

These creatures, called ” Pals », can also be used for crafting, with a whole creation part where you can build buildings or even do agriculture, as you can see in a Harvest Moon, with the possibility of concocting dishes, managing crops and collecting ingredients.

Of course, the influence of Pokémon can be seen at first glance, since beyond the collection of monsters, the system of captures with balls is relatively close, as is the idea of breeding with the possibility to have eggs by bringing two creatures together. The cute side less, since it is totally possible to exploit them at work, use them as a shield so as not to die or even poach while trying to catch endangered species in prohibited hunting areas. Without forgetting of course the firearms.

Pocket Pair takes the opportunity to unveil new images and confirms its desire to release Palword in 2022, at least on PC via Steam. We just have to wait until the final date to discover this funny mix.
