Pandemic: The video game adaptation of the board game is no longer on sale on PC, iOS and Android

Available since 2018 on PC before arriving later on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, the video game adaptation of the board game Pandemic is already beginning to bow out.

Planned to be offered for free on the Epic Games Store about two years ago, which ultimately never happened, probably because of the health crisis that was beginning to hit the whole world at that time, this version has been removed from sale on PC and mobile.

End clap also coming to Xbox One and Switch

As indicated by the response to an email sent by a player to the Asmodee Digital Support service, shared on Reddit and relayed by PC Gamer, “Unfortunately, we are removing the Pandemic app from the stores. We worked hard for 4 years on Pandemic and pulling it from the stores was not an easy choice. This decision was made with a heavy heart for a multitude of reasons that we cannot disclose. »

Other information, “At this time, only PC, App Store and Google Play apps have been removed. The Microsoft version will follow on January 31, 2022, then the Nintendo Switch version by the end of July 2022. »

Also note that the title has completely disappeared from the official catalog of the French company which contains other productions like Terraforming Mars, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride or the recent Gloomhaven. Remember that it was bought by the Swedish giant Embracer Group in December 2021.
