After recent revelations about the children of Agnès Pannier-Runacher, who hold shares in a company based on funds domiciled in tax havens, the High Authority for the Transparency of Public Life (HATVP) “noted the absence of breach” of the minister “in his declarative obligations”.

The High Authority for the Transparency of Public Life (HATVP) “notes the absence of breach” by Agnès Pannier-Runacher “in her declarative obligations”, after the press revelations about the minister’s children who hold shares in a company based on funds domiciled in tax havens.

In a press release, the HATVP also considers that the deportation decree published on Tuesday in the Official Journal, “under the terms of which the Minister will not (know) acts of any kind relating in particular to the Perenco group, makes it possible to prevent the risk of conflicts of interests vis-à-vis this group”. According to this decree, subjects related to three companies, including this oil group of which the minister’s father was a leader, will be dealt with by the Prime Minister.
