In 2020, Pixel Reef was throwing Paper Beast, an adventure game in a dream world with mysterious creatures and puzzles to solve. A title then released on PC and PlayStation 4, provided you have a virtual reality headset (Oculus, HTC Vive Or PSVR) at hand to enjoy.
But here it is Pixel Reefa studio founded by Eric Chahi (Another World, Heart of Darkness) announces today that Paper Beast is coming to PS5 and PlayStation VR 2 in a Enhanced Edition, for release next month. The adventure will be the same, but the title will benefit from the features of the new headset VR of sonyof which a continuous mode of movement, HDRmore detailed textures and a larger sandbox. It will even be possible toplay it on PS5 without headphones, in 4K.
Paper Beast release date is already set for September 27, 2023 on PS5 and PSVR 2you can find accessories for the helmet of sony on Amazon.
