(CercleFinance.com) – Grenadier Holdings Limited declared to the AMF that, together with the company GIML Investments 3 Limited, it had crossed the threshold of 90% of the capital of the company Paragon ID, and jointly held 90.28 % of the capital and 92.14% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from the acquisition of Paragon ID shares on the market, carried out by Grenadier Holdings Limited as part of the simplified public purchase offer initiated by Grenadier Holdings Limited for the shares of the company Paragon ID.
