Anne Schwartz is appointed Deputy General Director of PAREF.
With more than 20 years of expertise in real estate markets, Anne Schwartz joined the PAREF Group in 2019 as General Director of PAREF Gestion, in order to lead the development of the third-party management activity. Recognized for her leadership, Anne Schwartz began her career in real estate asset management and project management and then held various positions in fund management. She serves as Deputy Managing Director of AXA REIM SGP and is a member of the executive committee of AXA IM Real Assets.
As part of her new role, Anne Schwartz will be responsible for accelerating the deployment of the Group’s strategic plan in France and internationally, alongside Antoine Castro, President and CEO of PAREF. It will also support the development of the responsible approach implemented as part of the “Create More” strategic plan, which aims to support growth and the creation of value for customers, shareholders and stakeholders. Furthermore, Anne Schwartz will continue, with the support of Nicolas Gromakowski, recently appointed Deputy Managing Director of PAREF Gestion, to supervise the regulated management activity on behalf of third parties.

Biography
Anne Schwartz began her career in asset management before occupying various positions in real estate development and fund management, mainly at AXA Real Estate, where she notably became Deputy Managing Director of AXA REIM SGP, and member of the committee executive of AXA IM Real Assets, in charge of managing various portfolios on behalf of third parties. In 2019, Anne Schwartz joined PAREF Gestion as Managing Director.
Anne Schwartz graduated from ESLSCA and has a master’s degree in real estate, construction economics and real estate activities from the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
