(CercleFinance.com) – Paref announces the delivery of the office building ‘The Go’, located in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine), at the end of a restructuring program initiated in 2019 and managed by its teams project management and asset management.
Labeled HQE and BREEAM, this building develops more than 6,000m² of offices. Its tenant, a leading European multinational, which is setting up its French headquarters there, signed a nine-year long-term lease in March 2022.
