Paref: new acquisition in Poland – 02/27/2023 at 10:54

(CercleFinance.com) – Paref, a property management specialist, announced on Monday the acquisition of a new asset in Poland for just over eight million euros.

The group indicates that its SCPI Interpierre Europe Centrale has just bought the ‘Bolero 2’ building, a 3,700 m2 asset located in the southwest of Warsaw, halfway between the airport and the city centre.

Delivered in 2020, this complex is occupied by UL International, a large international quality control and safety group which has signed a firm lease until mid-2030.

This building combines spaces for laboratories, offices, meetings and living spaces intended for the well-being of employees.

Paref emphasizes that the asset has environmental performance qualities with a ‘BREEAM very good’ rating, in line with the sustainable strategy established by the SCPI, which thus signs its fifth acquisition on Polish territory.

As of December 31, 2022, the Paref group managed more than €3 billion in assets.
