(Boursier.com) — PAREF announces the appointment of Azzdine GUECHI as Group Real Estate Director. Having joined the Group in 2021, Azzdine GUECHI, aged 36, was until then Director of Asset Management within the team led by Anne GILLET-FEILLON.
As part of his new duties, he joins the management committee and will be under the direct responsibility of Antoine CASTRO. In this context, Azzdine will be responsible for managing and steering the activities of Asset Management, Property Management, real estate accounting, and the group’s Technical Department. Thus, under his responsibility, the Real Estate division will support PAREF’s growth ambitions by offering its real estate services, not only for the group’s portfolios, but also on behalf of third parties.
