Paris: a call for witnesses launched after the disappearance of a 22-year-old


Tuesday, May 3, the Paris police headquarters posted a wanted notice on Twitter about the worrying disappearance of a 22-year-old young man, which occurred seven months ago.

Since September 15, the young Guy O., also called “Stéfan”, has been actively sought by his relatives and by the judicial police of Val-de-Marne, who are continuing the investigation into his worrying disappearance.

A call for witnesses has been launched, in order to strengthen the chances of finding this young man “of African-Caribbean type, 22 years old, measuring 1m78, normal build, brown eyes, frizzy brown hair, bearer and having the distinctive sign a scar on the shoulder”, as mentioned in the official document shared on May 3 on the Twitter profile of the Prefecture of Police.

The missing person seen for the last time in the 13th arrondissement

It has been seven months since the young man’s family lost track of him. According to the search notice, Guy O. was seen for the last time near a restaurant near the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris: “He was wearing a black cap with the logo “NY “, a brown hooded sweater, gray / beige jogging, slippers and a white fabric bag”, can we read on the document.

Among the leads given by the authorities are the places where the missing young man would be most likely to be found: “He is likely to frequent the towns of Suresnes (92), Boulogne-Billancourt (92), Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (94) or Villeneuve-le-Roi (94), as well as the districts of Châtelet-les-Halles in Paris (75)”, mentions the call for witnesses.
