Zurich (awp) – The asset manager Partners Group has acquired, on behalf of its clients, a real estate portfolio in the logistics sector in Finland from Mandatum Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Finnish insurer Sampo Group.
The acquired portfolio includes 19 sites, including 13 in the capital Helsinki, five in Tampere and one in Oulu for a total area of 140,000 square meters, according to a press release published Wednesday by the Zug group.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Partners Group’s real estate business totals $18 billion in assets under management.
