Renaissance MP Patrick Vignal offered “a nice gift” to Pascal Praud on Wednesday: an amendment tabled by the National Rally group on the control of undocumented workers, and dated November 23. This proposed not to control these employees in companies with fewer than 11 employees, but it was rejected in the hemicycle.

The elected official from Hérault criticized this amendment in the show Pascal Praud and you, and he was able to discuss with Laurent Jacobelli, RN deputy for Moselle and one of the co-signatories of this text. “It’s because we want controls to take place, that there is no more hidden work, that controls must be effective. If you ask a farmer who goes through a company to employ 30 seasonal workers, he does not have the time or the means to do the research,” explained the elected RN, before starting the debate with his colleague from the majority.
