Despite his extensive record and his 37 goals scored for the French team, footballer Karim Benzema has had a checkered relationship with the French public throughout his career. Salem, listener of the show Pascal Praud and you, explains this disenchantment by his clumsy positions. “He doesn’t know how to communicate! He grew up in the suburbs (Lyon), he stayed in his head (suburbs). He was a great football player, but in communication, he’s zero! He doesn’t know how to do it, he withdraws into himself,” he said on Europe 1.
