The cold shower of 2023
If it cost 75.20 euros in 2022, the Navigo pass goes this month to 84.10 euros. This 12% increase was strongly criticized by users who never stop complaining about the deterioration of the network, which is heavily handicapped by a cruel lack of personnel. Thus, metros and buses in the Ile-de-France region are clearly no longer popular, and users could end up turning away from public transport.

When a bug is added to an increase
By going through the Île-de-France Mobilités application to obtain their Navigo pass, some users had the unpleasant surprise of being debited several times for a single subscription. A few people report 6 or even 9 simultaneous discharges. In the latter case, this is equivalent to more than 756 euros per subscription. As if that were not enough, the pass then remained inactive after payment.
Blame it on a general malfunction of this dear application. Internet users explained that they were in great financial difficulty as a result of the bug. Fortunately, everything should soon be back to normal. In a tweet, Île-de-France Mobilités specifies that the incident is over. Reimbursements will be made automatically without the need to go through the after-sales service. The year starts well…
