It is with deep sadness that the PAT company announces the death of its Vice-President Finance and Administrator, Mr. Régis Brun, at the age of 78, on January 26.
It was as the first Director of the Lorraine Incubator that in 2004 he supported the Plantes à Traire® project, a technology from the University of Lorraine (ENSAIA-INRA), supported by its 3 founders. The project resulted in the creation of the company Plant Advanced Technologies PAT in 2005.
After leaving the Lorrain Incubator, Régis Brun joined the PAT company in 2008 as a partner and Vice-President of Finance. He organized the first contacts with investors, which resulted in a first fundraising via Arkéon Finance and the IPO on the Euronext Paris Free Market in 2009. Other fundraising will take place during of the life of the company for a total of around €15 million including an introduction on Alternext in 2015.
