Patrick J. Adams’ daughter was not only born in a garage. No, the “Suits” star also had to give birth herself!
In mid-May, “Suits” actor Patrick J. Adams (39) and his wife Troian Bellisario (35) became the parents of a daughter for the second time. But only now have they in the podcast “Katie’s Crib” by and with Katie Lowes (39) reveals what an unusual place little Elliot Rowena was born. Because the two didn’t make it into the delivery room. And so the birth had to take place in the underground car park of the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
“The moment I hit the button and let out a parking ticket, she started screaming,” Adams recalls. He then explained the urgent situation to a security guard and asked him to immediately bring doctors to the garage to carry out the delivery.
In the meantime, the two of them can laugh at the frightening and absurd situation. This is how Adams describes the moment when he got back to the car with the words: “You [Troian Bellisario] was still on all fours, her bottom towards the windshield. Her bum was level with my face, so I pulled her pants down – and the child’s head was right in front of me. “
At this point at the latest, it had become clear to him that he would have to deliver the child himself. “There was no place for panic. (…) After another squeeze, the baby was completely outside. All of this happened in a period of about three minutes.” The couple’s great fortune was that they are already parents, so Adams knew what to do. He checked the newborn’s neck and then turned it over to prevent liquid from getting into its mouth and nose – and then the little one started screaming.

Bellisario published on Instagram meanwhile also a picture from the underground car park, in which she stands next to her husband and holds the baby in her arms. She wrote: “Here it is. This is exactly where our daughter was born.” It was without a doubt the “craziest 15 minutes” of their life, writes the “Pretty Little Liars” star. “All that matters is that she is there and healthy and that I somehow survived.” And she is also richer by one insight: her husband “is not sensitive”.
Patrick J. Adams and Troian Bellisario have been married since 2016. The first common daughter Aurora was born in 2018 – without any comparable drama.
