"Vaginal penetration" and fellatio: the accusations of Florence Porcel
As a reminder, Florence Porcel recently filed a complaint against Patrick Poivre d'Arvor for rape. The author of Pandorini (ed. JC Lattès) accuses the former presenter of 20 Hours of TF1 to have abused her several times, between 2004 and 2009. The first time, when the young woman was a student aged 21, he would have invited her to discover the backstage of the television news, in the premises of the first chain in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine), before offering him a glass of alcohol in his office and make him undergo a "vaginal penetration". Five years later, it was at the headquarters of the production company A Prime Group that he would have forced her to an unprotected blowjob. "Florence Porcel then plans to file a rape complaint but gives up for fear of not being believed with regard to the status of PPDA", report The Parisian. Contacted by our colleagues, Maître François Binet declared: "Like any litigant, Patrick Poivre d'Arvor will answer the questions that justice will ask him but (he) will not transfer this file to the press ". An investigation has been opened and Patrick Poivre d'Arvor remains, at this stage, presumed innocent.
