(CercleFinance.com) – Prédica, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances, declared to the AMF that on September 1 it exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights of Patrimoine & Commerce and held 20.24% of the capital and 25 .11% of the voting rights, following an allocation of double voting rights.
Crédit Agricole Assurances and its subsidiary declare that they plan to continue their acquisitions of shares according to market opportunities and according to their investment policies, but not to take control of this real estate company, nor to seek nomination.
