(Boursier.com) — PATRIZIA SE, a leading global real asset management partner, has acquired ADVANTAGE Investment Partners, a Copenhagen-based diversified manager with institutional and wholesale distribution channels.
ADVANTAGE Investment Partners was founded in 2018 and had $1.2 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2022. These assets under management are expected to exceed $2 billion by the end of 2022 and exceed 3 billion by the end of 2024. ADVANTAGE Investment Partners’ multi-manager product range includes a club deal invested in international infrastructure funds as well as a series of blended funds invested on a discretionary basis in North American private equity funds.
Agile approach
ADVANTAGE Investment Partners is also in advanced negotiations to launch other products, taking an agile approach to raising new products. This should allow it to reduce the time to market of the latter, compared to the times of traditional asset managers.
