(Boursier.com) — Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Andras Csonka as a partner in the Paris office. He will be in charge of developing the fund structuring activity in Paris.

Andras Csonka is involved in the creation and structuring of alternative investment funds, in particular Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. He is also involved in secondary transactions involving the sale and acquisition of fund portfolios or direct investments, as well as in the review of investment funds for French and international clients.
Finally, he advises institutional clients on all aspects of their business; French and European regulatory issues, approval and monitoring of management companies, structuring of co-investments and carried interest plans for management teams.
This arrival allows the firm to complete its range of services in favor of private asset funds, including infrastructure and real estate funds, and thus to be able to support them throughout the entire cycle of their vehicles.
