DJ and producer Paul Johnson is dead. He died after being infected with the coronavirus at the age of 50.

Paul Johnson (1971-2021) is dead. The American house DJ and producer, who became known among other things for his hit “Get Get Down”, is in a hospital in Evergreen Park in the US state of Illinois on August 4th deceased. He was 50 years old. That initially reported the music magazine “5 Magazine” citing information from the aunt of the deceased. On Johnson’s Facebook page this was later confirmed.

He was in the hospital in mid-July

Apparently Johnson died as a result of a Covid 19 disease. On July 18, he was on Instagram posted a clip stating that he had Covid-19. The DJ can be seen in a hospital bed. He feels very weak. Two days later, Johnson published another short video showing him wearing a ventilation mask. In the attached comment, he stated that his situation had deteriorated. He will now be relocated and connected to a ventilator.
