US actor and Marvel star Paul Rudd is the new “Sexiest Man Alive” and succeeds his colleague Michael B. Jordan.

US actor Paul Rudd, 52, is the new “Sexiest Man Alive”. “His modest restraint – paired with the wonderful green eyes and the casual grin – is exactly the reason why the audience has fallen in love with Rudd over the years,” says “People” magazine, explaining the choice.

Paul Rudd is a loving family man

Despite his superstar rise, Rudd insists that he is happiest at home with his wife, Julie, 53, who he has been married to for 18 years, and their children, Jack, 17, and Darby, 12. According to the Instagram announcement, he speaks about it in the cover story. “When I think of myself, I think of myself as a husband and a father as if I were,” he says. “When I’m not working, I spend time with my family. That’s what I like most.” The actor’s wife was also the only person he told about his new title in advance.
