Her father then holds her in his arms as a little girl. "The moment when I realized that we are twins," writes the 21-year-old and sends birthday greetings to "the most beautiful soul". She also starts the annual "Do Good Challenge" in honor of her dad. Meadow Walker takes the opportunity to thank her two best friends for their support.
