The tragically deceased actor Paul Walker (1973-2013) left a huge gap with many. Above all with his daughter Meadow Walker (21), who has been committed to good causes since his death. Meadow has now released an emotional, never-before-seen video with her father on Instagram. "I never thought I would ever share that," she wrote to the post. In the short clip, Meadow Walker surprises her father on his 40th birthday. The "Fast & Furious" actor died just a few weeks later in a car accident.
"It felt right"
In the Instagram video, Meadow scares her father when he tries to open a door. Paul then falls back on the bed laughing. "Happy birthday," says Meadow. "You scared me to death," laughs Paul, before hugging Meadow. "What are you doing there? There's not that." On the uplifting video message, Meadow found touching lines about her dad: "I never thought I would share that one day. But it felt right. Be good. I love you. Take care of yourself. Xx."
After the death of her father, Meadow founded the "Paul Walker Foundation", which works, for example, to protect the oceans. In addition to other aid projects, she recently announced plans to partner with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to provide food for children during the corona crisis.
