Paulic Meunerie (ALPAU – ISIN: FR0013479730), a family-owned group specializing in high-quality flours, today publishes its consolidated annual results for the 2021 financial year.
Sales for the year benefited from the deployment of new industrial capacities in accordance with the investment plan. This increase in sales comes in an inflationary context which mechanically affects the Group’s 2021 results marked by the sharp rise in energy and wheat prices. In this context, PAULIC MEUNERIE has implemented initial measures to protect its margins while developing its market share.
In 2022, the Group intends to take new steps with the commissioning of the new Oxygreen© reactor and the commercial launch of Nourrifibre®, its high value-added product for entomoculture.
