(CercleFinance.com) – PCAS jumped 11% after the announcement of a firm offer from the Japanese chemical group DIC Corporation for the acquisition of PCAS Canada. In this context, PCAS and the potential buyer have agreed to pursue exclusive negotiations.

The offer values ​​PCAS Canada at an enterprise value of 88.2 million euros. PCAS will announce, when the time comes, the follow-up given to this purchase offer, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

PCAS Canada custom manufactures high quality materials used in the formulation of photosensitive resins, anti-reflective products for microelectronics or as semiconductors for printed electronics.
