Demonstration of bakers. The “Collective for the survival of bakeries and crafts”, created in May 2022 on Facebook, is calling for demonstrations in Paris on Monday January 23. Gerald Darmanin. The Paris Court of Appeal will rule on Tuesday January 24 on Sophie Patterson-Spatz’s appeal against the dismissal of the case in favor of the Minister of the Interior, whom she accuses of rape. The 50-year-old woman first filed a complaint against Gérald Darmanin in 2017 for facts that she dates back to 2009. The current minister admits having had sex with the complainant, but has always denied having coerced her.
