The national secretary of the French Communist Party (PCF) Fabien Roussel, was the guest of the Grand Rendez-vous this Sunday. At the microphone of Sonia Mabrouk, the deputy from the North returned to the government’s pension reform project. A project that the communist denounces, believing that the executive “chooses social chaos”.
They hadn’t made a joint call for over 10 years. The main unions have been calling since the beginning of January to demonstrate against the pension reform, carried out by the government of Elisabeth Borne. After a first day of mobilization on January 19, successful, with more than a million demonstrators according to the government, two million according to the CGT, a new day of strike will be held on January 31.
