A “normal” speed for the majority

For the deputy of Essonne Antoine Léaument (LFI), “it’s a snub to the French people and the unions”. The intersyndicale wanted to meet the President of the Republic on May 1 and asked him explicitly not to promulgate the law before this date. “Before he has been able to have a discussion with him, he continues in the same vein. He doesn’t care and he’s not interested. In a way, we have the impression that his will is out of control. “crush the French people and the trade unions in a way of doing politics that is very brutal”, he laments at the microphone of Europe 1.
“An extremely unjust and brutal law”
Same story with the unions. Sophie Binet, the general secretary of the CGT, announces a series of actions to come before “a historic popular tidal wave on May 1”.
