While the next generation of high-end Samsung smartphones should be presented in a little over a month, at the beginning of February, we learn more about their performance and in particular the gain that should be seen on European models. . As a reminder, all Galaxy S23s, including those sold in France, should benefit from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. According to the indications of leaker Ahmed Qwaider, this should allow a performance gain of 36% of the processor, 48% for the GPU and 60% for the NPU. However, we will still have to wait to have the full details of the characteristics of the three smartphones.

For more than two years, Huawei has not been able to market 5G-compatible smartphones, even in China. Nevertheless, it seems that the Chinese manufacturer has found a solution to this problem… by selling some of its smartphones in white label. The Wiko brand now offers a new smartphone in China, the Wiko 5G, which resembles the Huawei Nova 9 SE in every way, even in its HarmonyOS interface. The main difference between the Wiko model and that of Huawei, however, lies in the compatibility with the mobile network since, sold its Wiko brand, the Wiko 5G is indeed entitled to use the 5G network.

While the BYD brand arrived in France a few weeks ago, it has just presented its brand new electric compact car model, the BYD Dolphin, in China. This model has something to seduce with a power of 70 to 130 kW depending on the version for a 0 to 50 km/h in 3 or 3.9 seconds. The 44.9 kWh battery promises a range of 401 to 420 km according to the CLTC cycle. Above all, the BYD Dolphin is very interesting given its price. In China, it is offered from 116,800 yuan, or 15,749 euros. No marketing has yet been announced in France.
