PERIAL Asset Management on behalf of the SCPI PF Grand Paris is strengthening its position here in Europe’s leading business district by acquiring the office building Nest (New State of Life), a rehabilitation project for a building dating from 1991 carried out by Bouygues Immobilier with the firm of Architectures 163 Ateliers.
