(Boursier.com) — PERIAL AM unveils solid results for its real estate funds with distribution rates of between 4% and 5.57% for funds managed by PERIAL AM.

PERIAL Asset Management unveils the 2022 distribution rates of its funds:
-PF Greater Paris: 4.32%
-PFO: 5.57%
-PFO2: 4.32%
-FP Hospitality Europe: 4%
– Performance of SCI PERIAL Euro Carbone: 4.17% for the partners of share A (Insurers)

“The year 2022 was particularly dynamic in terms of the management of our funds. The buildings in which the SCPIs and the SCIs managed by PERIAL AM invest are tangible assets, which we select with care. This diversification, both typological (different sectors of activity) and geographic (in France and in the Euro zone) pools the rental risk in particular. This diversification strategy will be continued and amplified next year. In addition, the indexation of rents on the benchmark indices constitutes an effective shield against inflation. We are therefore also targeting good levels of potential performance for our funds in 2023,” commented Laurent Boissin, Deputy Managing Director of PERIAL Asset Management

The forecast distribution ranges communicated by the management company thus amount for the year 2023 to:

-PF Grand Paris: between 4.10% and 4.40%
-PFO: between 5.30% and 5.80%
-PFO2: between 4% and 4.40%
-PF Hospitality Europe: 4% and 4.60%
-Projected performance of SCI PERIAL Euro Carbone in 2023: 4% for the partners of share A (Insurers).

Disclaimer: the past performance of SCPIs does not reflect their future performance. Buying SCPI shares is a real estate investment. Like any real estate investment, it is a long-term investment with an investment horizon of 8 years, the liquidity of which is limited. There is a risk of capital loss, income is not guaranteed and will depend on the evolution of the real estate market and currency rates. The management company does not guarantee the redemption of units.
