(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared to the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company on January 30, 2024. Pernod Ricard company and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.01% of the capital and 4.19% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Pernod Ricard shares on the market and an increase in the number of Pernod Ricard shares held as collateral.
