(Boursier.com) — All resolutions proposed to the group’s shareholders Pernod Ricard this Friday were adopted.
The AGM notably validated the annual dividend of 4.70 euros per share. An interim dividend of 2.06 euros having already been paid on July 7, 2023, the balance, i.e. 2.64 euros per share, will be detached on November 24 (with a record date of November 27) and paid on the 28th. november.
