Persona 3 Reload exceeds one million copies sold – Gamosaurus

It seems that the start of 2024 bodes well for Sega. After the excellent launch of
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealthit’s the turn of Persona 3 Reload to shine. Released on February 2, the RPG has already exceeded one million copies sold.

Persona 3 Reload will therefore not even need a week to reach its first million, even though it is only a remake. A success which is partly explained by the simultaneous release of the game on all platforms. The Japanese RPG was notably able to reach heights on Steam with a peak of nearly 45,000 simultaneous players. A nice score when we remember that Persona 5 Royal only reached 35,474 players.

Sega therefore wins its bet to sell at least 1 million copies of Persona 3 Reload before the end of its fiscal year. Especially since we are only talking about sales here and the title is also available in the Game Pass subscription.

With this great launch, the remake carries the franchise
Persona has over 20 million games sold worldwide.
