PERSPECTIVE: PFIRST COMMERCIAL RENTAL AGREEMENT

ATENOR and TRACOL IMMOBILER announce that a contract has been concluded with the supermarket chain MATCH for the rental of 2,622 m2 of retail space at the heart of the PERSPECTIV’ project in Esch-sur-Alzette and for a period of 18 years. The arrival of this supermarket chain offers several advantages, including living comfort and facilities for future residents and office space occupants. The establishment of this brand, very committed in terms of CSR via in particular its fight against food waste, its short supply chains, its efforts in terms of CO2 reduction to reduce its environmental footprint, constitutes a certain factor of attractiveness. .

Ideally located at the entrance to the town in Esch-sur-Alzette, on a former site undergoing conversion, PERSPECTIV’ will be spread over 68,000 m² and offers an unprecedented mix of 350 housing units, shops and restaurants, offices equipped with the latest technologies, green spaces as well as quality public infrastructures, including a sports hall and the future National Sports Museum, both already pre-sold “Living: living, working, having fun”: PERSPECTIV’ shakes up the codes to become one of the flagship places of the best living together in Esch-sur-Alzette, epicenter between Luxembourg city and France.

The start of work and the laying of the first stone are planned for the last quarter of 2022. A perfect example of urban rehabilitation and sustainable territorial development, PERSPECTIV’, imagined and carried out in cooperation with the city of Esch, concretely marks the commitment of ATENOR and TRACOL IMMOBILIER towards Sustainable Development Goal 11 of the United Nations: ‘Sustainable Cities and Communities’.
