On March 23, Pete Davidson will board the Blue Origin flight. The comedian and star of “Saturday Night Live” will therefore be one of the six passengers of the next launch of the space travel company of Jeff Bezos.
It was Jeff Bezos’ company itself that announced the news on Monday, March 14. Pete Davidson will therefore be the third celebrity on a Blue Origin flight.
William Shatner, ex-Star Trek hero, took part in the first space flight in October 2021. He then left West Texas reaching a height of 66 miles or about 106 kilometers above the Earth. All this, during a ride of only ten minutes.
The second personality to take a Blue Origin flight, in December 2021, was none other than Michael Strahan, former NFL player and co-host of “Good Morning America”. He was then accompanied by the daughter of astronaut Alan Shepard during the trip. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos flew the company’s first passenger flight in the summer of 2021.

On this space trip, Pete Davidson will be accompanied by Marty Allen, CEO and investor. Philanthropist Marc Hagle will also be there, as will Jim Kitchen, a university professor, as well as entrepreneur George Nields.
Blue Origin flights allow passengers to be weightless above the Earth’s surface for just a few minutes. The capsule then parachutes out, before landing in the West Texas desert. The company, however, did not disclose the price of tickets for this very short trip, for paying customers this activity.
