Will US comedian Pete Davidson go into space this year? He is said to be in contact with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
Will comedian Pete Davidson (28) soon embark on a journey into space? how among others, the US magazine “People” reported, the 28-year-old is said to be on the next flight of Jeff Bezos’ (58) space company Blue Origin. Accordingly, the comedian is already in talks with the Amazon founder.
Loud “Page Six”, the gossip portal of the “New York Post”, Davidson is said to have been spotted with his current girlfriend Kim Kardashian (41) at the end of January having dinner with Bezos. The 28-year-old and the Amazon billionaire are said to have gotten along splendidly. “Pete is delighted,” the site quoted an insider as saying. Although he has not yet signed a contract, “it looks like it will happen”. We’re just talking about the final details. The trip is set to take place later this year.
An insider told “People” more cautiously. “It’s just talks,” it says. It is still very early, but we are talking about the topic. Press spokesman for the comedian and the space company have not yet commented on the alleged plans when asked.
These private individuals were already in space before Davidson
Pete Davidson wouldn’t be the first star to take a short trip into space. British entrepreneur Richard Branson (71) fulfilled a childhood dream in July 2021 by becoming the first private individual to fly into space with his own space company, Virgin Galactic. Ten days later, Jeff Bezos was drawn into space. In October 2021, “Star Trek” legend William Shatner (90) made a trip into space with Bezos’ Blue Origin. He was followed in December by “Good Morning America” presenter and former American football player Michael Strahan (50).
