The Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier (62) announced the result of his corona test on Twitter: negative! This also ends the quarantine, which the CDU politician apparently entered voluntarily on Wednesday evening. A new test was negative, he wrote, and an examination of the circumstances of his contact showed that there was no need for further quarantine.
Altmaier tweeted two days earlierthat an employee of an EU minister present at the Council of Trade Ministers had tested positive for Corona. That's why he went into quarantine at home as a precaution. He is fine and a test taken on Friday was negative.
