Apparently the last discrepancies have now also been cleared out of the world. Queen’s grandson Peter Phillips is said to be divorced.

A little over a year ago it became known that Peter Phillips (43) and his wife Autumn (43) have separated and want to get a divorce. Now the two parties seem to have cleared the last disagreements and to have come to an agreement. As reported by “The Independent”, among others, the divorce should be decided.

It can be reported that “the financial aspects of their divorce could be resolved through an agreement,” the newspaper quotes from a statement by the former couple. The associated conditions were approved by the High Court.

Consensual decision

It continues: “While this is a sad day for Peter and Autumn, they put the welfare and upbringing of their wonderful daughters Savannah and Isla first.” We are pleased that the matter was settled “amicably”. As the family “prepares for a new chapter in their life” ask for consideration and privacy for the children.

Already at the beginning of 2020 the eldest grandson of Queen Elizabeth II (95) and his wife at the time announced that the “decision to divorce and share custody” had come about by mutual agreement and “after months of discussion”. At that time it was already declared that the well-being of the children was the top priority. Peter and Autumn Phillips married in 2008. Their daughter Savannah was born in 2010 and her sister Isla followed in 2012.
