(CercleFinance.com) – Peugeot Invest announces that its Board of Directors has decided, on the recommendation of the Governance, Appointments and Compensation Committee, to co-opt Michel Giannuzzi as an independent director.
He will replace de Thibault de Tersant, who has resigned from his position, for the duration of the latter’s remaining term of office, i.e. until the general meeting called to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending at the end of 2024.
Michel Giannuzzi also joins the Finance and Audit Committee and the Investments and Shareholdings Committee. Currently chairman of the board of directors of Verallia, he also chaired the management board of Tarkett during his career.
