From this perspective,
-Sophie Vernier-Reiffers has been appointed General Secretary of Peugeot Invest and the Peugeot family group. Her mission will be to support the group’s transformation by now being in charge of the Legal Department, Sustainable Development, Human Resources, Communication and General Services. Its role will consist of bringing together committed and efficient teams, around a common and coherent vision, taking into account the challenges specific to each company of the family group (Etablissements Peugeot Frères, Peugeot Invest, Peugeot 1810 and Peugeot Frères Industrie).
-Jean-Baptiste Molmy is appointed Legal Director of Peugeot Invest and the Peugeot family group. He joins the Executive Committee of Peugeot Invest. His mission will be to pursue the development of legal skills within the companies of the family group.
-Sébastien Coquard has been appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Peugeot Invest. He adds to his scope of responsibility, management control, financing and performance monitoring. Frédéric Villain, who previously held these positions, has been appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Etablissements Peugeot Frères.
-Jean-Paul Lemonnier has been appointed Managing Director of Peugeot Invest UK, the British subsidiary of Peugeot Invest. Bertrand Finet, CEO of Peugeot Invest, becomes Chairman of the Board of Peugeot Invest UK. Jean-Paul remains Managing Director in charge of the Growth activity
