suspend, for a period of six months from November 10, 2022, the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company of November 7, 2022 to consolidate the existing shares of the Company according to an exchange ratio of one share new for fifty thousand existing shares,
order the Company, for a period of six months from November 10, 2022, to suspend any measure, even preparatory, related to the implementation of the reverse stock split, under penalty of a penalty payment of EUR 500,000 per offense,
