and the signing of 2 new additional pharmacies

In accordance with the announcements made by press release, Pharmasimple implemented from the

quarter of 2022 its transformation program aimed at moving towards an online/offline mix, in order to reduce its marketing expenses, limit the average pressure on the prices of catalog items and increase advice, allowing better distribution of parapharmacy.
In this context, Pharmasimple is pleased to announce the definitive acquisition of 7 pharmacies, 5 of which were the subject of information from the financial community on March 3rd.
In order to facilitate the arrival of these new points of sale in the Pharmasimple ecosystem, a gradual integration of pharmacies is planned by the end of the year. Consequently, the impact on the group’s turnover will take place gradually in 2022. The target turnover for the 7 pharmacies is €8.7 million for a full year.
In parallel with these first pharmacy acquisitions, Pharmasimple continues to explore other potential targets.
