(CercleFinance.com) – Pharnext announced on Friday that it had completed a fundraising of 1.3 million euros via the issue of Océanes-BSA subscribed by Global Tech Opportunities 13.
The biopharmaceutical company specifies that this operation gave rise to the issue of 1.3 million BSAs and that it led to the creation of 3.6 million new shares, which means that the participation of a shareholder holding 1 % of the capital prior to this new drawing would be reduced to 0.21%.
Before this drawing, the issue of Océanes-BSA had already raised 33.1 million euros, with the possibility of further giving rise to the creation of nearly 526.3 million new shares.
On this basis, the participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the capital prior to these drawings is today less than 0.0008%.
On the stock market, Pharnext shares fell 14% on Friday after soaring by more than 400% on Wednesday following the announcement of expressions of interest from possible partners for its main candidate in Charcot’s disease.
